CONDITIONS FOR SALE

We can receive orders both online and by telephone.
Please note that for all transactions for the 2012 NRC Final you must add one handling charge of £2.75 to your basket per order placed. Orders will not be processed until this fee has been paid.

Delivery charges within the UK are included within the cost of the product. We reserve the right to charge overseas postage dependent on the product(s) ordered; you will be contacted by a Club representative before the order is accepted if this is required.
No contract exists between us until we have received your order and accepted it.


Acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance.
The prices published on our website are subject to change. In the event of significant price alterations, which would result in extra cost to you the customer, we will contact you before acceptance of your order.


Transactions will be processed in Pounds Sterling.
Payment is with order. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of acceptance.

STOCK
We aim to stock all products on the site, and replenish stocks as and when necessary. However, all products are offered subject to availability. In the event that a particular product is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If we are unable to deliver the goods described on your order you will be entitled to cancel your order.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY

All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software and are split in two when the order is placed - the middle eight digits from the card number are sent via email to the Club with the remaining digits being stored in a password-protected area to allow orders to be processed in a secure environment and refunds to be processed.

GUARANTEE

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by telephone or email within 5 days of delivery to arrange collection and replacement/refund. No used goods can be replaced.
Please inform us immediately if you have a complaint and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Nothing contained in this guarantee affects your statutory rights.
